Tenants at Detroit apartment building living without heat

Residents at the Alden Towers apartment complex on Detroit's east side spent another day living without heat. The city says they issued a correction order to the apartment last week, but heat still wasn't fixed yesterday, and many residents are turning to dangerous solutions to stay warm.
