Detroit father charged with abandoning 13-month-old son in impounded vehicle

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy charged Orlander Murnell Linson Jr., 35, of Detroit, in connection with abandoning his 13-month-old son in a vehicle that was later found at an impound lot.
