Pedestrian critically hurt after being hit by 2 cars on 8 Mile; Second driver sought

A pedestrian was struck while crossing 8 Mile Road and then hit again by a second vehicle while lying in the roadway. Police said the first driver stayed at the scene, but the second fled.
