Detroit workshop shows students what a career in the arts really looks like

Detroit students participated in “Outside the Frame,” a two-day workshop connecting youth with renowned photographers whose work has been featured in major publications and who have photographed high-profile celebrities. Organized by Bre’ann White of All for You Detroit, the event aims to expose students not just to photography but to broader career opportunities in the arts. The workshop was intentionally designed to benefit even those who may never pursue photography professionally, providing lasting inspiration beyond the event itself.
