Full Arraignment: Oakland County community leader accused of having retagged stolen cars
A prominent Lathrup Village community leader is facing multiple charges following his arrest on Monday. Mark Watts was arrested after his home was raided by Oakland County investigators on May 4. Watts owns Quality Auto Sales in Detroit, with an office located just minutes from his home. He is also the founder of a youth mentoring program called “Boys 2 Men” and serves as president of the Lathrup Village Chamber of Commerce. On May 5, Watts was arraigned in court and was charged with three counts of receiving or concealing a stolen motor vehicle and one count of forged license documents or plates. Some parts of this video were cut due to privacy concerns.
