Leland House tenants finally allowed back inside in downtown Detroit

After months of problems, the city says there's a purchase offer on the table for the condemned Leland House high-rise in downtown Detroit. And on Tuesday, it's the first day tenants who were forced to evacuate nearly six months ago are getting a chance to return and gather their belongings. Returning is a relief for some. But the conditions they're returning to are frustrating for many.
