‘Thank you, God’: Sterling Heights teen walks away from crash that split her car in two

Demi Veasley, a 19-year-old from Sterling Heights, survived a severe car crash in which her vehicle was split in two after being T-boned by a speeding driver at Hall Road and Schoenherr. Despite the violent collision, Veasley remained in the largely intact driver’s seat, sustaining only bruises and soreness, and credits her survival to what she calls a miracle. After the incident, she expressed gratitude and plans to share her experience as a testimony, believing her survival carries a deeper purpose.
