Northern Oakland County water main break prompts 36+ hours of conservation orders

For more than 36 hours, people in northern Oakland County have been told to conserve water. On Monday, May 11, the urgency is growing as crews work around the clock to repair the massive water main break. Multiple parts of the county remain under boil water advisories. This includes: Orion Township, Oakland Township, the northwest portion of Rochester Hills, and Lake Orion.
