Downtown shooting: 14-year-old injured, teens arrested

A 17-year-old and a 16-year-old are in police custody following a shooting in downtown Detroit on Sunday night, police said. The victim, 14, is expected to survive his non-life-threatening injuries. It happened near Woodward and Grand River avenues.
