Samantha Booth, a Royal Oak nanny, has been ordered to stand trial on charges including first-degree murder, child abuse, assault, and resisting police after the death of 83-year-old David Ong, the grandfather of the child she cared for. Witnesses described chaotic scenes in which Booth, covered in blood, allegedly attacked family members and acted erratically, while police testified she appeared to be in a mental health crisis.
