Presser: Police provide update on shooting in Taylor involving wanted suspect

An investigation is underway outside a Taylor gas station after an attempted traffic stop for an outstanding felony warrant reportedly ended with four officers firing on the driver. The shooting occurred around 11:40 a.m. outside the Sheetz convenience store in the 20600 block of Eureka Road. According to Taylor Police Chief John Blair, officers ran the plate of a U-Haul truck while on patrol and found that it was wanted in connection with an aggravated armed robbery out of Ohio. Police provided an update on Monday on the events that led to the shooting.
