Farmington Hills police hold press conference on cold case murder arrest

Police have arrested Edgardo Luis Perez, 44, of Detroit (left), in connection with the 2001 cold case murder of Gordon Machek, 56, of Farmington Hills. FHPD held a press conference on Friday, July 10, following the suspect's arraignment.
