Flashpoint panel weighs what could decide Michigan's gubernatorial primaries

As Michigan voters head to the polls Tuesday, Democratic Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Republican U.S. Rep. John James entered their respective gubernatorial primaries as the favorites, according to public polling. But with undecided voters still in play, political observers say the outcome will depend on more than name recognition alone. On a special primary election edition of Flashpoint, host Jason Colthorp was joined by a bipartisan panel of political analysts to discuss the factors most likely to shape the races.
