Homeless encampment behind Kroger raises questions about support

Concerns over an encampment of unhoused people behind a suburban shopping center. It's raising questions—the biggest being: could more be done to help these folks? Behind the Kroger on Michigan and Merriman in Westland, a small group has set up camp in the woods. Neighbors noticed and started posting about it online, so we went to see for ourselves.
