DETROIT – There are plenty of restaurants that offer the best in Mediterranean cuisine, but perhaps you're looking to try something new.

VOTE 4 THE BEST: 2012 winners of best middle eastern cuisine

Olive's Mediterranean Restaurant

Topping the list of best middle eastern restaurants is Olive's Mediterranean Restaurant.

After renovating his Sajos location in Roseville, Owner Jim Sage says he expanded his existing Lebanese cuisine while offering specialty ribs, pecan chicken, and even American and Italian entree classics.

Local 4 viewers like Elizabeth say Olive's restaurant offers one of the best mediterranean crossover restaurants in the area.

"I have been there for dinners and a baby shower," said Elizabeth. "The service is great, the food is great, the ambiance is great.  I will go there again."
