Thursday morning and afternoon will be wet with temperatures rising only from the low 40s and upper 30s to about 45 degrees. Thunderstorms are possible, too.

Drivers and residents will need to stay warm and dry and avoid any large pools of water on roads and sidewalks and any rising waterways.

Showers remain possible Thursday night and Friday with chillier air.

Temps will be in the low 40s and fall into the 30s late Friday.

Wet snow may mix with the rain before it becomes drier.

Saturday will be sunnier but chilly. Highs will be between 40 and 45 degrees after morning lows near or below freezing.
