Clear and cool start to Monday

Changes coming later in the week

It's mostly clear and cool as you step out early this morning with lows around Metro Detroit around freezing.

A weak cool front is pushing through today bringing an increase in clouds but we will stay mostly dry.

The models pick up a bit of lake moisture coming off of Lake Huron bringing better chances for drizzle or a light shower up north.

It will become a mostly cloudy Monday with highs in the low 50s and cool winds NE 5-10 mph.

Tuesday will be a repeat performance with morning lows in the low 30s and afternoon highs in the low 50s under mostly cloudy skies.

There will be a few light rain showers approaching from the west late Tuesday but most of us will see another dry day tomorrow.

Warmer weather is coming, but so is the rain.

Wednesday's highs will be in the Upper 50s with a few scattered rain showers.

And Thursday, Halloween, will bring low 60s with gusty warm winds and steady rain all day.

We are hoping the bulk of the rain will be over with by the late afternoon or early evening.

We will keep a close eye on the midweek storm and post any changes in the forecast right here on clickondetroit.com.
