Mostly cloudy for supermoon, lunar eclipse Sunday night

Temps in the 60s

DETROIT – Mother Nature teased us with that afternoon burst of sunshine, but clouds are back and will remain through the night.  So the chances of seeing tonight's Supermoon eclipse are slim.  But give it a shot.  Here's where you can find all the details about this celestial milestone:  Rare supermoon eclipse should bring wonder

Overnight temperatures will be slightly milder in the upper 50s and the low 60s.  Winds will remain light.

Monday, we'll wake up with plenty of clouds.  But any sprinkles should hold off until afternoon.  Most of us will remain dry, though.  Highs will still make the upper 70s with noticeable humidity.

Tuesday is our best chance of rain for the week.  A cold front will slice through bringing scattered showers, mainly in the late morning and early afternoon.   Temperatures will barely touch 70 for highs Tuesday afternoon.

The remainder of the forecast is dry and temperatures are returning to average.   Highs will be in the mid 60s and lows in the 40s.
