DETROIT – Here is a list of warming centers that have opened in Metro Detroit as frigid temperatures linger in the area.

Wayne County

Team Wellness Center (Eastern Market): Open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily -- 2925 Russell Street in Detroit.

• Visitors can warm up in a heated facility, enjoy coffee, play games, watch television, socialize or relax while waiting out the cold
• Team Wellness Center has an overnight program that hosts more than 100 homeless individuals every night. When the Eastern Market location closes for the evening, a shuttle is available to take them to the Team East location to stay warm for the night.

Team Wellness Center (Team East): Open 24 hours -- 6309 Mack Avenue in Detroit.

• Visitors can warm up in a heated facility, enjoy coffee, play games, watch television, socialize or relax while waiting out the cold
• Team Wellness Center has an overnight program that hosts more than 100 homeless individuals every night. When the Eastern Market location closes for the evening, a shuttle is available to take them to the Team East location to stay warm for the night.
