CENTER LINE, Mich. – A husband is in custody after police say he shot and killed his wife in Center Line.
The incident occurred on Tuesday (March 17) around 5:30 p.m. in the 7500 block of Sterling Street.
Police said when they arrived, they found a 38-year-old woman with a single gunshot wound.
Officials said they performed life-saving measures, but the woman died at the scene.
Police said they were able to obtain information that the victim’s husband, a 39-year-old man, was the possible shooter before taking him into custody.
