70s making a comeback to end the workweek in Metro Detroit

Temperatures tumble into next week

4Warn Weather – Another frosty morning across portions of Southeast Michigan. Otherwise, a seasonal and sunny day is on tap.

Mostly sunny skies today with highs in the low to mid-60s. Given the first pitch is later today at Comerica Park, dress for 50s and low 60s if you are heading to the Tigers game.

Sunset is at 6:59 p.m.

Temperatures will be soaring into the upper 70s Friday.-A cold front then crosses the area late Friday into early Saturday bringing cooler temperatures and a slight chance for isolated showers. The better rain chances are for the second half of the weekend into early next week. We fall into the 60s this weekend and then below average with highs in the 50s early next week. As widespread overnight lows will be in the 30s early next week, so this weekend might be a good time to pull out the summer annuals.

Hurricane Milton: The eye of the storm is now off in the Atlantic, but the Atlantic Coast is now dealing with destructive winds and flooding rains. Flooding and power outages will continue to be a concern today.
