4Warn Weather – There is no relief from the heat anytime soon this week. Monday night remains muggy and uncomfortable, with lows in the mid-70s.
Tuesday
Tuesday, our highs return to the low to mid-90s with heat index values over 100 degrees for much of the day.
We are also at a marginal risk for severe weather, with the possibility of a few afternoon and evening storms.
Mid week
Wednesday’s highs drop back to the upper 80s, but when you factor in the humidity, it will still feel like it is close to 100 degrees at times.
A few more storms are possible in the afternoon and evening, and the chance of storms will persist until Friday.
