4Warn Weather – Relief from the heat is finally in sight.
It will be a hot and steamy evening in Metro Detroit on Tuesday. Can’t rule out an isolated strong thunderstorm, but nothing like what we saw Monday night with the torrential rain. Our low drops to about 70 degrees.
Wednesday
We heat right back up again on Wednesday with highs above average, around 87 degrees, and a heat index of 91.
Thursday
Another chance for more widespread showers and storms comes late in the day on Wednesday and lingering into Thursday morning.
But by Thursday afternoon, skies will open up a bit, and humidity will finally start to go down.
Friday
The muggies will be gone by Friday and into the weekend with sunshine and highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.
