Many neighborhoods warmed into the low 50s!
Throughout the evening and late into the night, clouds will begin to move back into the area.
Wednesday
We’ll spend Wednesday, Christmas Eve, on the mostly cloudy side with isolated flurries or sprinkles possible.
Highs will be in the mid to upper 30s.
Wednesday evening and overnight, there is a slight chance for scattered wintry mix.
Skies will be mainly overcast, so it’s a good thing Santa has Rudolph to guide him!
Christmas
Thursday, Christmas Day, will feature sun and clouds with highs for many in the low 40s. The thumb region will be a bit cooler with highs staying in the 30s.
There do not appear to be any major issues for Metro Detroit travelers during the day on Wednesday or Thursday.

Thursday night into Friday, there is a better chance of seeing a wintry mix and possibly freezing rain.
Make sure to have the 4Warn Weather App and tune in to Local 4 to get updates, particularly if you’ll have a morning commute on Friday or a drive home from holiday celebrations, as roads could be icy.
