Snow looks to move into Southeast Michigan around 11pm, spreading eastward.

Snow will continue to move through Southeast Michigan during the overnight hours, lingering northward toward the thumb the longest.

Because of this, our communities further north will see more snow than those further south. Most areas will see less than an inch of snow, especially closer to the southern state border. Those near I-69 and into our thumb neighborhoods will have the best chance at 1-3″ of snow with the higher amounts northward.

Snow will end in the early morning hours of Monday, moving out around 4/5 a.m. However, there may be light freezing drizzle that follows into the midday hours, particularly for the thumb, so you might want to allow a few extra minutes for your morning drive in preparation for isolated slick spots.

Monday will be mostly cloudy with highs in the mid 30s.

We continue to warm up into the coming week. Highs Tuesday will be near 40 with the chance of rain, and possibly some freezing rain in the morning. This will be the next system to watch, followed by another bringing rain later Thursday.
