4Warn Weather – A little treat this afternoon with a bit of sunshine and temperatures in the 40s in Metro Detroit.
Tuesday
A quiet Tuesday evening ahead before an arctic cold front moves in on Wednesday and changes everything.
Overnight skies will turn mostly cloudy with light rain developing by the morning. Any rain will quickly mix and then change over to snow showers.
Wednesday
Scattered snow showers will persist throughout the day on Wednesday, putting down around a half inch to an inch in most areas of Metro Detroit.
The exception will be those of you in Sanilac County along the lakeshore.
A Winter Storm Watch goes into effect for Sanilac and Huron counties Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning with as much as 5-7″ of snow expected.
Thursday
Below-zero windchills will greet us on Thursday morning, with highs staying in the 20s.
Friday
After that, a series of clippers brings us the chance for snow from Friday through the weekend.
