Dense fog this morning will be replaced with rain showers tonight

Dense Fog Advisory

Dense fog is much more widespread this morning as visibility has fallen to zero miles in many locations. The Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for Genesee, Huron, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, and Tuscola counties until 10AM.

Spring-Like Weather

Mild temperatures will persist today with highs in the upper 40s ahead of spring-like showers. The next round of precipitation is on schedule for tonight and Wednesday morning. All rain is expected for us with wintry precipitation in northern Lower Michigan where Winter Weather Advisories go into effect at midnight tonight.

Southeast Michigan will be warm on Wednesday with highs around 60. We fall into the 40s to round out the week and then a rain/snow mix moves in by Friday followed by a more seasonal weekend as temperatures fall back into the 30s.
