Wind advisory issued for Metro Detroit as temperatures drop and fog lingers

4Warn Weather – Pea-sized hail and a few rumbles of thunder took place Thursday afternoon in Metro Detroit.

Showers tapered off this afternoon, but will return later Thursday night and continue into your Friday.

Fog is the one constant in the forecast, with reduced visibility continuing through tomorrow morning’s commute.

Next up comes the wind.

Friday

A wind advisory goes into effect Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with gusts as high as 45mph.

Temps will plummet throughout the day, all the way back down into the 30s.

Saturday looks dry, with temps slightly above normal in the upper 30s and close to 40.

But a blast of cold air could help produce some snow on Sunday.
