Warmer weather is on the way for Metro Detroit

Southeast Michigan will see a warming trend beginning Wednesday

4Warn Weather - It was a cold Tuesday across Southeast Michigan. Afternoon temperatures warmed into the mid 30s to 40° thanks to the help of sunny skies, but wind chills remained closer to 30°.

It will be cold again tonight with temperatures dropping back into the 20s. The normal overnight low temperature for this time of year is 36°.

Warmer air moves into the region tomorrow with highs reaching the mid 50s. Cloud cover will increase Wednesday as the next system approaches.

This system will bring our next chance for rain Thursday morning.

Thursday afternoon looks to be dry with temperatures in the mid 60s.

Highs will dip to the mid 50s Friday with another chance of rain.

We’ll keep highs in the 50s Saturday before jumping to the 70s on Saturday, seeing the comeback of sunshine.
