Storms have moved out, and the severe thunderstorm watch has been cancelled. The last group of storms that crossed Monroe County between 4:00 and 4:30 a.m. downed a lot of trees. But the storms are gone, and we just have a scattered shower threat until a cold front crosses the area late morning / early afternoon. We'll be mild and muggy ahead of that front, but you'll really notice the difference after it passes by...temps will drop into the 60s by mid-to-late afternoon, and the humidity will crash. It will remain breezy, however. Check out my comprehensive weather article on the ClickOnDetroit.come homepage for your forecast for the rest of the week!
