“Our flagship location is nearby in Ann Arbor so it just makes sense to bring the Bloom experience to our neighboring community. We’re excited to bring the personalized service, relaxed atmosphere, and community involvement that Bloom is known for, to Ypsilanti,” said Bloom Ypsi general manager Bri Donisi.

Bloom City Club is celebrating the store with several cannabis-themed events in October including a cannabis festival in Ypsilanti, “Bloom Moon” parties and discounts, and Halloween sales.

“We’re so excited about opening our doors and celebrating,” said Bloom City Club corporate trainer and Ganjier Derek Oldham. “We’re thrilled to be a part of the Ypsilanti community!”

Here are the details:

Canna Jam

On Saturday, Oct. 8, Bloom and other cannabis companies will be at the Canna Jam at Riverside Park in Ypsilanti.

The event will have live music, cannabis products and food between noon to 10 p.m. Bloom representatives will have freebies and Bloom swag. Discounted tickets can be picked up at Bloom Ypsi or bought online here.

“Bloom Moon”

The new Ypsi location will have its first “Bloom Moon’ party on Sunday, Oct. 9. The first 100 customers who buy $100 worth of Bloom City Club products will receive gift bags with marijuana products worth $100 or more.

“The Bloom Moon parties are designed to be 4/20 style events every full moon” said Bloom operations manager Angie Marshall.

Halloween sales

Between Oct.28-31 the new cannabis dispensary will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Over the weekend it will offer Halloween-themed sales for customers.

Updates for this event will be made on the brand’s social media.

Bloom Ypsi is open between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
