DETROIT – The Dequindre Cut is many things. It’s an urban recreational path and was formally a Grand Trunk Railroad line. It’s also the site of the 6th Annual Soirée on the Greenway - the only summer party on the two mile path affectionately called the Cut. It's produced by Riviere 28, a group of active Detroit riverfront enthusiasts who are dedicated to supporting the Detroit RiverFront Conservancy.
This year, the Soiree on the Greenway will take place at the new Campbell Memorial Terrace where there will be live entertainment and distinctively Detroit food trucks and craft cocktails. Plus partygoers will be a part of history as a new mural is commissioned and will be completed during the event. Pre-Sale tickets are $40 until August 23rd and $50 at the door which gets patrons three meal and three drink tickets. Proceeds benefit the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy.
