Illegal dumpers hit neighborhood after Motor City Makeover on Detroit’s east side Trash was left all of the place
DETROIT – People living in a neighborhood on Detroit’s east side did some hard work during the Motor City Makeover.
Then less than a few weeks later, illegal dumpers moved back in and left trash all over the place.
