Insider Comment of the Day “I use canvas tote bags for grocery shopping, too, and have for years. I briefly stopped using them during the pandemic when stores wouldn’t allow them, but have started using them again. Not only are they better for the environment, but they hold almost twice as much as the stores’ plastic bags and I don’t have to double them up if I’m getting something heavy.”
