First, Jon suggests you start with scarves. Yes, more than one. The idea is simple. You can change or embellish the look of any coat simply by adding a scarf or two with different colors or patterns. In addition to scarves, Jon also showcased some hybrid options for coats that take things up a notch by adding things like faux fur.
Also, Jon says don’t be afraid of a pair of scissors and fabric glue. You can change up the look of any coat by cutting some faux fur or fringe fabric and adding it to outerwear trim. He doesn’t want you to be afraid to use that glue.
