A Michigan based company is up to something new. Wing Snob has multiple locations all over the Metro Detroit area and they’re obviously known for their wings. But, tomorrow they release new menu items which include chicken sandwiches, which they call a Sando, and loaded French fries. Franchise owners Johnny and Erika Pritchett appeared on “Live In The D” to let people know about the new menu options.
It starts with a fresh, never frozen, double breaded 6 oz. chicken breast. “That is butter grilled and on a Brioche,” said Erika. “They are made to perfection.” She added that they come in different ways including the Big Texan which is the best seller. It comes topped with a new Rajun Slaw recipe and Rajun sauce.
Also new on the menu are loaded fries. These come in a variety of ways as well including a Premium Southwest. “It comes with chicken, jalapenos, chili, cheese, and sour cream,” said Johnny. They also have a Garlic Parmesan loaded fries, BBQ Chicken load fries which comes with the Rajun Slaw, and a Buffalo Ranch Chicken loaded fries.
