Waterford – Everything from the sauces to the noodles are handmade daily at “Square One, Eats and Treats,” located in Waterford.
The owner, Robert Milner takes pride in creating scratch-made dishes, and providing great food and service. “It’s a project of passion...I worked in the restaurant industry as a teen.”
The restaurant world is where he met his wife in the late 80s. After leaving to do other jobs, they both decided to come back to what they know and love. In 2019 they opened Square One, Eats and Treats.
They also offer catering.
