Recent online conversations have sparked a debate surrounding return etiquette. Popular retailers such as Costco, REI, Nordstrom, and Amazon are known for having flexible return policies, some even allowing returns up to one year after the purchase of an item.
The question is: what is the difference between making a return and taking advantage of a return policy?
