New amnesty program announced in Dearborn

Program runs Wednesday through June 14

Dearborn – The Dearborn District Court has announced a one-time amnesty program for unpaid civil infraction tickets.

People will now have an opportunity to settle old debts with the court, while the court has a chance to clear up a backlog of files without additional collection costs.

The program starts on Wednesday and will end on June 14.

Amnesty applies only to the individuals who present themselves at the 19th District Court, 16077 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, Michigan 48126, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
