Police said a Hungry Howie's deliveryman was making a delivery at the Aspen Creek apartment complex when the address turned out to be bogus.

The driver called back the number that had placed the order and was told to meet in the parking lot. That's when, police said, the driver was approached by Calvin and robbed at gunpoint.

The delivery driver wasn't hurt.

Police said their investigation led them to search an apartment in the same complex and they discovered a semi-automatic handgun and other evidence of the robbery.

Police said the driver also identified Calvin in a lineup as the one who had robbed him.

Calvin is being held on a $10,000 bond.
