DETROIT – A Spanish masterpiece found hanging in a dark corner last year in Oakland County's Meadowbrook Hall is now on display at the Detroit Institute of Arts.
"Infant St. John the Baptist in the Wilderness," which is worth millions of dollars, was found by a DIA curator who happened to be walking through the hall. It was painted by Spanish master Bartolome Esteban Murillo around the year 1670.
