Police said Pablo Medina, 41, was waiting outside at 2:47 a.m. Saturday for a 42-year-old woman.

The two were married, but were in the process of getting a divorce, police said.

As the victims pulled up to the home, Medina approached the vehicle and began firing shots, striking the driver, a 27-year-old woman. Police said the 42-year-old woman got out of the vehicle and attempted to run, but also was shot by Medina. Both women were fatally shot.

Medina escaped in a silver/blue Chevy Camaro, which was later recovered, police said.

Medina was last seen wearing a blue and white T-shirt and blue jeans. Police said he is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone who recognizes Medina or has any information about the incident is asked to call Detroit Police Homicide at 313-596-2260. Police said tipsters can remain anonymous by leaving a tip on the DPD Connect app or calling CrimeStoppers at 800-SPEAK-UP.
