CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A 22-year-old man who had been fatally shot in the head was found Tuesday morning in Clinton Township.
Dominic Moore Jr. was found in a residence on Village Road, near 15 Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue. Police said the man was last seen at 10 p.m. Monday and was found at about 8 a.m. Tuesday.
His friends made the discovery at the Clinton Township Housing Commission.
Neighbors said Moore has lived in the home for most of his life and was well-known and liked in the complex, which they call the Village.
Family members and friends didn't want to talk about the situation on camera, but Moore's brother said he was a good kid who went to college.
Police said there are no suspects, and the motive for the shooting is unclear. Neighbors said police are interviewing witnesses in Detroit who have not been cooperative.
