DETROIT – Detroit police are asking for the public's help finding a 60-year-old woman who walked away from a group home on the city's west side.
Police said Brenda Jo Lyson walked away from a group home Thursday in the 15500 block of Thatcher Street. She was last seen around 9 a.m. Thursday.

Lyson is in good physical condition, but suffers from a mental health condition, police said.
She is described as 60 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. She has a fair complexion and blond, or strawberry-color hair.
Anyone who has seen Lyson is asked to call Detroit police at 313-596-1240.
