Detroit police work to remove more than 20 dogs from home

Detroit Police are working to remove more than 20 dogs from a home on the city's east side.

Police said they received a call from an injured woman at a home on Hamburg near McNichols.  When they arrived, they were delayed in their efforts to enter the home due to the large amount of dogs.

Police were eventually able to get to the woman inside the home, but she later died at the hospital.  Sources said her injuries appear to be from a fall and not from the dogs.
