DETROIT – An investigation is underway on Detroit’s west side after a man was found Wednesday morning shot, bound with electrical cords and set on fire.
It happened on Westbrook Street near Outer Drive.
A resident told police they saw a car driving away shortly after the gun shots were fired. Police said the victim is a male.
Police said the area will be shut down for an undetermined amount of time.
So far, no arrests have been made.
