35-year-old man fatally shot at home on Lemay Street in Detroit

DETROIT – A 35-year-old man was fatally shot Monday morning inside a home in the 2500 block of Lemay Street in Detroit.

Police said a relative was upstairs, heard shots and found the man deceased about 1:38 a.m. Police said a dog was shot, too.

Police are trying figure out how this happened and why. No arrests have been made.
