Detroit police investigating deadly shooting of young man

DETROIT – Detroit police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened around 10:30 a.m. Friday.

Police say the victim is an unidentified man in his early 20s. The shooter fled the scene on foot southbound toward Stout Street.

Police did not provide a description of the shooter. Circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation.
