DETROIT – Police have recovered a 7-year-old child who was in a vehicle during a carjacking in Detroit.
The carjacking happened Wednesday evening near I-75 and Warren Avenue, police said.
A resident saw the child running down the street and called 911.
“He was just terrified. Terrified. I didn’t know what was going on,” she said.
