New Korean-inspired Mexican restaurant opening in Downtown Detroit

Nuevo Seoul will open in early February

DETROIT – A new Korean-inspired Mexican restaurant will open in Downtown Detroit in February.

Nuevo Seoul, a new concept from the Han Brother, who also founded Hanah and Osaka Steakhouse, will open right next door as a fast casual model with seating for 125 guests.

Nuevo Seoul will open in early February at the 607 Shelby Building.

As far as the menu goes, the restaurant will offer “a broad palate and those seeking the authentic flavors of Korean and Mexican traditions. Complimenting the flavorful menu options, guests can enjoy Mexican-inspired spiked slushies and drinks to top off their meals,” like Korean fried chicken, tacos, quesadillas, and more that are prepared fresh daily.
